Absolutely any meat easily fits into an olivier salad recipe. So today we will cook a pork version. I advise you to choose a piece that is not too fat, without obvious veins, so that you do not have to cut it all out later.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Green peas - 150 g
- Pork - 300 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 6 art.l.
- Grainy mustard - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pork until tender and let it cool. Separately boil the eggs, carrots and potatoes, and also cool.
Cut all the ingredients into the same cube and add the peas.
Season the olivier with mayonnaise with grainy mustard. Season as desired.
