Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled rabbit and fry it lightly in butter.
Chop cucumbers, tomatoes and peeled onions.
Wash the arugula, basil and shake off the water.
Mix everything, add the herbs of Provence, black pepper, salt and olive oil.
