Crab salads are often very high in calories – then rice with mayonnaise, then something else. This is my favorite dietary recipe – with apple and celery. You can safely eat it even in the evening and not worry about the figure!

Boil quail eggs for 5 minutes in boiling water, cool and peel.

Peel the apple from the skin and the middle. I advise you to take sour green.

Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, and add the corn to the same place.

Season the salad with yogurt, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley leaves. Instead of yogurt, you can take dietary mayonnaise.
