- Lingonberries - 100 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Brown sugar - 2 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the lingonberries in a blender with cream.
Add butter and heat almost to a boil.
Stirring, add the remaining ingredients, and boil the sauce for a couple of minutes until thickened.
