- Gooseberry - 200 g
- Cherry - 200 g
- Dogwood - 200 g
- Black Currant - 200 g
- Blueberries - 200 g
- Blackberries - 200 g
- Strawberries - 200 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Cinnamon - 3 sticks
- Star anise - 2 asterisks
- Allspice - 0.5 tsp.
- Cardamom - 3 boxes
- Carnation - 0.5 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add sugar and all spices, and boil for 5 minutes on low heat.
Strain the syrup and bring it to a boil again.
Add all the berries, bring the compote to a boil again, and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Let the drink brew under the lid.
