Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 800 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Honey - 3-4 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the gooseberries, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add honey, stir and boil the compote for another 5-7 minutes.
