Grilled vegetable snacks are an endless space for experimenting with ingredients and combinations. For example, I suggest trying cherry tomatoes and pickled feta wrapped in plates of zucchini or zucchini.
Ingredients
- Zucchini (or zucchini) – 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 9 pieces
- Feta - 200 g
- Thyme - 1 twig
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Black Pepper (with peas) – 3 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 pod
- Olive oil - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the feta into cubes and dry it on a paper towel.
Finely chop the basil, thyme and chili, add the peppercorns and Italian herbs. Pour olive oil over everything.
Marinate the feta in the fragrant mixture for 30-40 minutes.
Cut the zucchini or zucchini into as thin slices as possible.
Grill them literally for a minute, and lightly fry the cherry tomatoes.
Wrap the feta cubes in zucchini slices, and put everything on skewers. I got 3 pieces.
