It's hard to come up with something more practical and versatile than homemade spreads. A minimum of cooking time, and then it's just enough to spread them on bread or on loaves. This time I want to share my favorite canned fish recipe.
Ingredients
- Canned fish - 1 bank
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate.
Grate the cheese, mash the fish with a fork and mix everything.
Beat the spread with a blender if desired.
Add spices and mayonnaise for consistency.
