The easiest way to prepare champignons for the future is just to freeze them. But you can make a ready-made snack and roll it into jars for the winter. I tell you how to properly fry mushrooms with onions and how to store them so that they stand all season.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 2 kg
- Onion - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Allspice - 5 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers, and the champignons into plates.
Fry the onion in oil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry for another 30-40 minutes, stirring, over low heat.
Add salt and pepper, mix and put the mushrooms in sterile jars. Roll up.
