Ingredients
- Red Currant - 500 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Water (cleaned) – 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the red currants in a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water.
Boil water, add currants and cook for 4-5 minutes from the moment of re-boiling.
Remove the pan from the heat, add sugar and stir.
Before serving, the red currant compote should be infused.
