I call this compote summer not because I cook it only in summer. It's just that seasonal berries are coming here. At other times of the year, you can use them frozen. But, of course, fresh is a special pleasure.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 400 g
- Gooseberry - 300 g
- Blueberries - 200 g
- Cranberries - 200 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water - 2.5-3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and sort out all the berries. Put it in the bowl of a slow cooker.
Add sugar to the same place, and fill with water.
Cook the compote for 15-20 minutes in the "Cooking" mode and let it brew a little under the lid.
