- Greenery (burdock leaves) – 200 g
- Water (boiled) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the burdock leaves and pour cold water for 3-4 hours.
Drain the water, squeeze the greens slightly.
Pass the leaves through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
Place the resulting mass in cheesecloth and squeeze well.
Mix the ready-made juice from burdock leaves with boiled water.
