Chicken with rice and curry is a classic combination. This time I propose to cook such a dish in a hurry – in the oven. A great dinner for the whole family when you want something interesting and original.
Ingredients
- Fig - 1 glass
- Water - 1.5-2 glasses
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Green peas - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Corn - 100 g
- Chicken legs - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice and pour boiling water for 7-10 minutes.
Finely chop the pepper and mix the rice, all the vegetables, spices, soy sauce and olive oil.
Put the rice in a mold and "drown" the chicken legs in it. You can also rub them with spices.
Pour in water and cook everything in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees under foil.
