The tenderest apples inside puff triangles are what you need for tea or coffee. And if you decorate the puffs with your favorite topping, you'll just lick your fingers. In this case, I specially make larger pies to fit more filling.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 300 g
- Apples - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 2 tbsp.l .
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled apples into small cubes and lightly fry in butter.
Add sugar and spices, and continue frying until caramelized.
Roll out the dough and cut into large squares. Make parallel incisions on one side.
Put the filling on each square, and brush the edges with beaten egg.
Fold the puffs diagonally into triangles and press the edges with a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
