Even the most inexperienced cook can cook a charlotte with apples in a slow cooker. Follow the instructions, choose the right cooking mode, and a delicious, tender, fragrant apple pie will not take long to wait!

Beat eggs with salt until fluffy foam. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. Knead a homogeneous dough to a state of thick sour cream.

Prepare the apples: wash, peel and core, cut into cubes or thin slices. Mix with the dough.

Brush the bowl of the slow cooker with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Pour out the dough and spread it evenly over the bottom of the bowl.

Bake the charlotte for about 60 minutes in the “Baking”, periodically checking readiness. After cooking, open the lid of the slow cooker and let the pie stand for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished charlotte with apples with powdered sugar and serve to the table.
