If you definitely need some meat for a full meal, I advise you to cook such draniki with chicken. It comes here in the form of a filling, so it turns out very tasty and unusual. You can add cheese or vegetables to the chicken.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the chicken, chop the onion and mix with the spices.
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, add flour and eggs to it, and mix too.
Pour enough oil into the pan. Spoon out a thin dranik. On top – a spoonful of filling, and another layer of potatoes on it, so that the filling is inside.
Fry the draniki on both sides until a beautiful golden color.
Put them on parchment in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
