- Turkey - 450 g
- Bacon - 50 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into thick plates.
Beat each piece well on both sides.
Sprinkle with salt, paprika, ground pepper and set aside for 30 minutes.
Grate the cheese, chop the bacon finely.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the chops and grease with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle thickly with cheese, cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
