- Potatoes - 600 g
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 450 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Cream - 200 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut zucchini into cubes and lightly fry with shrimp. Pour in a third of the cream, season and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Boil the potatoes. Mash it into a puree with butter and another third of cream. Add the egg.
Put the puree, shrimp and puree again into the mold.
Pour in the remaining cream. Cook the casserole in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
