- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Oat flakes - 4 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tsp.
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini and squeeze. Mix with oatmeal.
Add eggs, butter and spices. Mix again and put into molds.
Sprinkle all the pumpkin seeds and put the casserole in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees.
