Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them with a masher.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Mix the puree, cheese, milk, egg, salt and ground pepper.
Pour in the sifted flour and mix well.
Form small pancakes, giving the desired shape with your hands.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
