Pizza is a great dish that you can cook for the holidays and just like that. There are a lot of recipes and everyone chooses an option to their liking. I really like pizza on thin dough. I'll tell you how to cook it now.
Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Dry yeast (high-speed) – 1 tsp.
- Water (warm) – 150 ml
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Champignons - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- Basil - 3 twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour with salt and dry yeast.
Add lightly beaten eggs, warm water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Knead a soft dough, greasing your hands and the table with oil.
Cover the dough with a towel and put it aside for half an hour.
Chop the mushrooms and tomatoes. Grate the cheese.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake, put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Generously lubricate the workpiece with tomato sauce.
Spread the grated cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes evenly and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Pepper the finished pizza and garnish with fresh basil.
