Naturally, classic Italian pizza is baked, and not even in the oven, but in the oven. But what to do at home when there is simply no such opportunity? I'm telling you how to cook your favorite dish in a frying pan!
Ingredients
- Water - 3 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 1.5 art.l.
- Flour - 100 g
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Basil - 4-5 leaves
- Champignons - 3-4 pieces
- Mozzarella - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water, butter, flour, salt, baking powder and herbs. Knead the dough and roll it into a frying pan.
Brush everything with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake the pizza under the lid for about 10-12 minutes.
Cut cherry and champignons into plates, spread them on top. Sprinkle with basil.
Leave the pizza under the lid for another minute and remove from the stove.
