It's bad weather outside and it gets dark early? It's time to cook delicious dishes that will delight and enrich the body with useful vitamins. For example, you can fry delicious pancakes. I will use honey, but if there is none, sugar will do.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Milk (warm) – 300 ml
- Honey - 5 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 260 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Coconut oil - 50 g
- Water (for pumpkin) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan.
Pour in water and boil for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
Puree the boiled pumpkin with a blender, add ground cinnamon and honey.
Beat the eggs to a fluffy foam.
Add milk, vanilla, pumpkin puree and sifted flour. Stir the mixture until smooth.
Grease a frying pan with coconut oil, heat it up and pour a little dough into the center, forming a perfect circle.
Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
