Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cream cheese with crushed garlic and chopped herbs to taste.
Cut the salmon into strips of medium thickness and carefully put the cheese on each strip.
Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into long ribbons.
Carefully wrap the filling in a spiral, leaving no gaps.
Brush the puffs with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
