Ingredients
- Oatmeal - 100 g
- Flour - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 glass
- Honey - 4 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Baking powder - 1 art.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Coconut oil - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix both types of flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Separately beat the eggs with honey, salt and milk.
Pour the dry billet in small portions and mix.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it well.
Spoon out small islands of dough and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
