- Chicken wings - 600 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Peel the garlic cloves, lightly crush with a knife blade and finely chop.
Mix the wings, garlic, salt, ground pepper and oil. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 40-60 minutes.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay out the wings and cover with a double layer of foil. Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
