Mince turkey fillet, butter, peeled garlic and onion.
Mix the resulting mass with starch, salt and ground pepper.
Beat the minced meat well, and then wrap it in a cloth napkin and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
Form sausages about 12-14 cm long on skewers.
Put the turkey kebab on a covered baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
