Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 150 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Potatoes - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1,5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the oat flakes and cover for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and lightly squeeze the flakes from excess liquid.
Chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Peel potatoes, grate or grind in a blender.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the champignons and continue to cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Mix oat flakes, potatoes, fried mushrooms, egg, salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Form the same small cutlets from the resulting mass, put them in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on both sides.
