Ingredients
- Pollock - 500 g
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender with pepper, chili, garlic and herbs. Add olive oil.
Cut the olives into circles and send them to the tomato mass.
Put the pollock pieces on foil, pour the tomato and wrap.
Bake the fish in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
