The main thing in tartare is refueling and that all products are cut into small, and most importantly the same cube.
Cut avocado, cucumber, salmon, tomatoes into small cubes. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice, so it will not turn black and will remain fresh.
Add olive oil, pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.
Put the forming ring on a plate and lay out the tartare. Garnish with a slice of lemon on top.
