- Avocado - 1 piece
- Red Caviar - 3 art.l.
- Lemon - third
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Bread - 4 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, peel and stone.
Put the fruit pulp in a bowl, add salt, ground pepper, lemon juice and oil. Mash with a fork until smooth.
Dry the bread in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Spread the avocado mass on bread.
Carefully put some red caviar on top.
