Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Butter - 100 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Sour cream (25% fat content) – 500 ml
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy.
Add sour cream, melted butter, soda, vanilla and mix until smooth.
Pour in the sifted flour and mix well again.
Pour the dough into the bowl of the slow cooker, close the lid and turn on the Baking mode for 60 minutes.
After the beep, do not open the lid for another 15 minutes.
Remove the cake from the bowl of the slow cooker and cut it across into several identical parts.
Cut the "bottom" of the cake and grind it to crumbs. You will need it for decoration.
Mix the cooled sour cream with vanilla, powdered sugar and whisk.
Assemble the honey cake by smearing the cakes with sour cream.
Smear the finished cake on top and sides with the remnants of the cream, sprinkle with the prepared crumbs.
