One day I really wanted to cook my favorite tiramisu, but there was no coffee at home. I didn't want to go to the store at all, so I had to figure out how to solve the problem. Oddly enough, the solution was found quickly enough. I'm telling you!
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 30 pieces
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Cream (33%) – 350 ml
- Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Milk - 300 ml
- Cocoa - 5 tsp.
- Brown Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Chocolate - 50 g
- Rum (dark, optional) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the milk and add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and rum. Warm up to a light boil and remove from heat.
Whisk cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Add mascarpone and mix. Add liqueur if desired.
Dip savoyardi in cocoa and lay out the first layer.
Then put the cream, cookies again, cream again - and so on to the end.
Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and grated chocolate.
Send it to the refrigerator overnight.
