Cheesecakes are good because they don't have to be baked at all. This time I want to share with you my favorite recipe from cottage cheese. No oven or slow cooker! But you will have to be patient and leave the dessert in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Condensed milk - 1 bank
- Lemon juice - 60 ml
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Butter - 70 g
- Cookies - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter into crumbs and tamp them into a mold.
Whisk cottage cheese with condensed milk until smooth.
Add vanilla and lemon juice, whisk again and pour the filling onto the base.
Cover the cheesecake with cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
