Pour boiling water over the dates, cover with a lid and put aside for 1 hour.
Drain the water, dates, peel the seeds and grind in a blender.
Mix the resulting mass with coffee and bring to a boil over low heat.
Pour in the soda, mix and wait until the reaction is over.
Grind the flakes in a blender.
Pour into the blank with dates, crushed flakes and flour.
Knead the dough, shape the cookies and put them on a covered baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Beat the cooled cream with powdered sugar.
Dip the cooled cookies in coffee and put them in prepared glasses, generously smearing with cream.
Sprinkle cocoa on top and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
