Do you like desserts with fresh fruit? Prepare a shortbread cake with strawberries. The treat is perfect in everything: delicious, beautiful and easy to prepare! Such a strawberry cake can be prepared for a festive table or just to please your family.
Ingredients
- Jelly (strawberry) – 1 packaging
- Strawberries - 350 g
- Water - 1 glass
- Cardamom - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour, salt, sugar and softened butter.
Add water and knead the dough quickly.
Roll out the cake according to the diameter of the mold. Try to make it not very thin.
Put the dough in a greased form and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cover the baking paper on top of the dough, pour in the dry beans and send them to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove the paper along with the beans and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
Dilute the jelly according to the instructions, reducing the dosage of water to 1 cup.
Pour the cooled jelly into the dough blank and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Wash the strawberries, dry them and cut them.
Put the berries on the jelly and sprinkle with ground cardamom.
