Cottage cheese and pumpkin casserole can be cooked even in the microwave. Unless I advise you to use small molds or cups so that it is baked quickly and evenly. Otherwise, no surprises!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Pumpkin - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
- Semolina - 40 g
- Sour cream - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with honey and sour cream. Add the semolina and leave for 10 minutes.
Grind the cottage cheese, grate the pumpkin on a fine grater and mix everything together.
Put the mass in small molds and send it to the microwave for 7-8 minutes at maximum power.
