Peel the tomatoes and pass them through a meat grinder.

Randomly chop carrots and onions.

Gut the fish and cut the fillet into medium pieces.

Boil the tomato, add vegetables, butter, sugar and salt, and simmer for an hour on low heat.

Add all the spices and fish. Simmer for another 30 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, mix and roll the workpiece into sterile jars.
