The most delicious canned compotes are most often obtained from the most interesting combinations. For example, it is difficult to call a pear with a black-fruited mountain ash something banal. I advise you to cook a couple of jars on occasion!
Ingredients
- Pear - 700 g
- Chokeberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 400 g
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears into slices, rinse the rowan and put it in washed jars.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lids for 25 minutes.
Drain this water, add sugar and boil the syrup for 5-7 minutes.
Pour back into the jars and roll up the compote.
