For such okroshka, I prefer to use a good and natural thick yogurt. You can even Greek or just homemade. The main thing is that there are no additives and flavors in it. It turns out even tastier than kefir!
Ingredients
- Sausage - 400 g
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Yogurt - 300 ml
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and chop the greens.
Season the okroshka, mix with yogurt and pour water to the desired consistency.
