Ingredients
- Beef - 200 g
- Buzhenina - 200 g
- Ham - 150 g
- Pearl barley - 80 g
- Olives - 100 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the pearl barley in cold water for several hours, rinse and boil for 30 minutes until half-cooked.
Separately boil the beef until tender. Remove and cut into strips.
Cut the rest of the ingredients into the same strips.
Fry cucumbers with tomato paste for 3 minutes.
Put everything in a saucepan, except frying, and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the cucumber roast, and cook the hodgepodge for another 15 minutes.
