Looking for a delicious first course again? I suggest using this recipe and cook a classic pork kharcho with rice. Thick, delicious soup will appeal to everyone without exception. If you plan to feed them to children, do not add red pepper.
Ingredients
- Pork - 600 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Garlic - half a head
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Greenery (any) – 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1,5 tbsp.l.
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pork into small pieces and place it in a saucepan with water.
Boil for 10 minutes, change the water, add bay leaf, black and allspice. Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
Chop the herbs, garlic and prepared vegetables.
Dry the nuts in the oven for a couple of minutes and grind in a blender.
Fry onions and carrots in a preheated frying pan with oil
Add tomatoes, walnuts, washed rice, crushed garlic, suneli hops and red pepper. Simmer everything together for 10 minutes.
Pour the roast and potatoes into a saucepan with pork and cook for 20 minutes.
Add salt, herbs and boil for another 5 minutes. Insist the finished kharcho under the lid for 15 minutes.
