I try to cook chickpea dishes often. They are healthy, hearty and very tasty. The easiest way, of course, is to make a salad. This recipe will surely surprise you with an unusual flavor combination. I advise you to add a few leaves of fragrant mint.
Ingredients
- Chickpeas (boiled) – 200 g
- Korean carrots - 300 g
- Garnet - 1 piece
- Green onion - a couple of stems
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Carefully cut the pomegranate into quarters and disassemble into grains.
Finely chop the green onion.
Dry sesame seeds in a frying pan.
Mix chickpeas, sesame seeds, Korean carrots, pomegranate and herbs.
Add salt, vinegar, vegetable oil and mix. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for a few hours.
