To make a delicious salad, it is not necessary to mix a lot of ingredients. In this recipe, seaweed and onions make an incredible dish. Before serving, the salad must be infused. This significantly improves the taste.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 350 g
- Purple onion (large) – 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the purple onion and cut it into thick half rings.
Mix onion with sugar and apple cider vinegar. Cover with a lid and set aside for 5-7 minutes.
Mix the seaweed, pickled onion, salt and ground pepper.
Add vegetable oil and mix. Before serving, the salad should be infused in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
