Red fish salads are very diverse. I prefer to choose options that are filled with oil. They are lighter and more useful. Today I will share with you one of these recipes. The fish for this salad is pre-fried.
Ingredients
- Red Fish - 300 g
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the red fish, dry thoroughly, add salt, pepper and sprinkle with half of lemon juice.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until tender.
Chop tomatoes and slightly cooled fish.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Put the corn in a colander and rinse.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
Mix lettuce leaves, avocado, tomatoes, fish and corn.
Add salt, ground pepper, Dijon mustard and olive oil. Gently mix the salad with special tongs.
