From one name it is already clear that the salad is made from white ingredients. Pay attention to the color of canned food, use only proteins and white onions. The finished dish turns out tender, delicious and as beautiful as a sprig of white mimosa.
Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 240 g
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs (hard boiled) – 5 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- White pepper (ground) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Lime (for submission) – a couple of circles
- Basil (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash canned fish with a fork.
Grate the cheese and peeled potatoes.
Peel the eggs from the shell, divide into whites and yolks. Remove the yolks, grate the whites.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Put half of the potatoes on a plate, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Next, lay out layers of canned fish, onions and remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
Pepper the whites, mix with the remaining mayonnaise and put on the potatoes.
Sprinkle generously with cheese and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve the salad with a slice of lime and fresh basil.
