- Potatoes - 500 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Greenery - 3 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate potatoes and onions on a grater, drain the excess liquid and add spices and chopped herbs.
Add the peas, eggs and flour, and mix everything gently.
Fry small pancakes on both sides.
