When it comes to meat dishes, delicious chops immediately come to mind. You can cook them from different meats, in egg, flour and breadcrumbs. Today I will tell you another interesting recipe — chops in almond breading.
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 3 art.l.
- Almonds - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Season the resulting blanks with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Dry the almonds in a frying pan, cool and grind in a blender.
Pour the flour on a wide plate.
On a separate plate, mix the chopped almonds and breadcrumbs.
Roll the chops in flour, dip in egg-milk mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.
Put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.
