Wash the hake under running water and dry it with a paper towel.
Sprinkle the fish with salt, ground pepper and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Add lemon juice and half the olive oil. Lubricate the hake with a silicone brush on all sides.
Mix rice with ground black pepper, salt and remaining olive oil.
Cover the mold with parchment paper and lay out a layer of rice.
Spread the hake on top, cover with a double layer of foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
Serve the finished dish with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
