Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into pieces, boil until tender and mash them into puree.
Grate the cheese, finely chop the greens and ham, and send it to the potatoes.
Add eggs and flour to the same place, and mix.
Form small tortillas, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over medium heat.
